Pooja
Pooja has a Masters Degree from Civil Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, Italy. She is currently pursuing BIM researchS at IISc Bangalore, India. Having gained considerable knowledge in the filed of structural engineering and interacting with the international forum on day to day basis, she is now exploring ways to contribute to the field of research in Civil engineering, through BIM. Shubham Vijay Bajaj
Shubham Vijay Bajaj is currently pursuing his Msc in Project and Enterprise Management at University College London, UK. He is currently with Invennt Ltd. for Business Analyst Internship. His previous experience involves serving few organizations in project planning and site management. He is currently focused on Integrating project information systems with building information modeling, Strategic financial management of construction and infrastructure projects, Contractual claims and dispute resolution and enterprise management: relationships between firms.
Nipun Verma
I.E.S. officer in the Ministry of Defence with a demonstrated experience of working in the Civil engineering industry particularly in infrastructure management of Roads and Bridges. He has been involved in planning, contract management, land acquisition, large scale surveys, site execution, Estimation, Construction, Management, Training, Research & Technical writing. Having a total work experience in industry and academia of 8 years out of which 3.5 years belong to that of working under extreme climatic conditions (-25 °C) in Border Roads Organization (GOI) in Ladakh region. As a Platoon commander, he was solely responsible for construction & maintenance of 7 Bridges & 62 Km road which connects Siachen with the rest of India. Other work experiences include working with Reliance Infrastructure & ITM University.
Aritra Pal
Aritra Pal is serving as a Assistant Professor at RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, Mumbai Campus. His Research focus is towards Building Information Modelling, Lean Construction Practices, Optimization Techniques in Construction, Time/ Cost Relationship of Construction Projects, Construction Economics & Finance, Latest Technologies in Construction and Sustainable construction. Mosami Sayare
Mosami Sayare is currently volunteer member at India BIM Association. Her current assignment involved, researching into development of BIM dictionary within India context, BIM in education and BIM curriculum framework development for academic institutes and organization in India. She has completed masters from University of Salford, UK and achieved distinction for her dissertation in BIM for comparative study between UK and India. She is Architect with overall experience of more than 4 years and served at global leading project management consulting firm CBRE. She has also independently handled and completed several design development & project management consulting assignment for residential and commercial spaces.
Himanshu Milan
Himanshu Milan serves as an Activist in Digital Transformation for BIM in Indian AECO-Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operation Sector. He is looking forward to mature the Indian AECO sector by proper implementation of BIM. He is also focusing on ascertaining the problems of current construction industry and solving them through Digital Integrated BIM. In addition, he focuses on developing BIM courses according to the market demands for institutes and corporate sector. He is also focused towards BIM policy developments for Indian AECO sector & works on setting up BIM Project strategies & organisational BIM Maturity assessments.

Soumo Bose is a Civil Engineer by profession. He is currently part of a PMC team as a project planner-coordinator at Arab Tech Cont LLC-UAE. He has more than five years of experience in Civil related works, as an Entrepreneur-digital marketing and web designing. He serves as a mentor for setting up business strategies and branding. Ranjith K Soman
Ranjith is a Post doctoral research assistant at Centre for Systems Engineering and Innovation, Imperial College London. His doctoral research focused on implementing data-driven methods to improve construction planning in modular offsite construction at ICL, UK. Before moving to Imperial College London, he obtained MSc (by research) in building technology and construction management from Indian Institute of Technology Madras in India. His master’s thesis focused on developing an automated construction progress monitoring system for monitoring metro rail construction.
